Issue: Few users have reported that their withdrawals have not been processed for over 72 hours.

Reason: Unknown

Current Status: We have informed our contacts in Coinome who are looking into the issue on priority

Koinex:

Issue: Crypto Withdrawal Halted

Reason: Unscheduled Maintenance

Current Status: Withdrawals are now Active
